A.        LTPC #227 – Conestoga View
1.     The board will act on the updated cost estimate for financial security, setting the amount to be $170,018.20 for LTPC #227, Conestoga View.
2.     The board will act to amend the 2009 development agreement for LTPC #227, Conestoga View.
B.        LTPC #260 – School District of Lancaster – Buchanan Elementary School
The board will act on the 2017 sketch plan and modification waiver requests for LTPC #260 School District of Lancaster, Buchanan Elementary School, as per the letters dated May 31, 2017 from township engineer Ben Webber.
C.        Chadwick
The board will act on entering into an agreement with Joseph Witt to revise the location of a drainage easement.

The board will act on Resolution 2017-07 in support of a citizens’ commission for legislative and congressional redistricting.
B.        Confirmation of Special Fire Police
The board will act on a request to confirm Jeremy Leon Hertzog as special fire police for the Lancaster Township Fire Department.
