Police Log-December 13, 2017

  1. Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 11-12, 2017, 500 block Kensington Road (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $235.00 worth of property.
  2. Vehicle Theft, 8:00-11:59 p.m., Monday, December 12, 2017, 100 block South President Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan that was parked on the street in front of a residence.  Total loss unknown.

Police Log-December 12, 2017

  1. Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 8-11, 2017, 600 block Conestoga Boulevard (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle and stole $500.00 worth of property from inside.
  2. Scattering Rubbish (Littering), 2:15 p.m., Monday, December 11, 2017, West Street at Rider Avenue (LT) – An unknown black male was observed dumping tires in a parking lot.

December 2:

  1. Criminal Mischief, 7:20 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017, 500 block Kensington Road (LT) – Unknown person/s threw a rock at the window of a residence, shattering it.  Total loss: $75.00.

December 4:

  1. Theft, November 20 – December 2, 2017, Roselle Avenue (LT) – Unknown actor/s stole eight (8) wing nuts from scaffolding from a residence.  Total loss: $8.00.
  2. Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 2-3, 2017, 1300 block Penrose Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered an unlocked vehicle as it sat parked overnight.  Two (2) cell phones were stolen.  Total loss: $100.00.
  3. Theft From Motor Vehicle, May 1-31, 2017, 700 block Bean Hill Road (LT) – A black M1 style carbine and ammunition was stolen from the trunk of a vehicle as it sat parked in the driveway.  The weapon was later sold.  Total loss: $400.00.  Investigation continues.
  4. Theft From Motor Vehicle, December 2-3, 2017, 100 block Roselawn Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s entered a vehicle as it sat parked overnight.  Keys, loose change, and a cell phone charger were stolen.  Total loss: $65.00.

December 6:

  1. Theft, November 21-22, 2017, Dylan Drive (LT) – Unknown person/s stole a package delivered to a residence by UPS.  Total loss: $529.95.
  2. Theft, December 4-5, 2017, 200 block Atkins Avenue (LT) – Unknown person/s broke into a storage shed and attempted to steal lawn equipment.  The equipment was left behind but the lock securing the property was stolen.  Total loss: $10.00.
  3. Criminal Mischief, 7:25 p.m., Monday, December 4, 2017, 600 block Wyncroft Lane (LT) – Unknown person/s threw a chunk of concrete and a rock at a glass sliding door, smashing it.  Total loss: $200.00.

December 11:

  1. Criminal Trespass, 10:05 p.m., 1300 block Maple Avenue (LT) – An unknown elderly male entered a residence through an unlocked front door.  The homeowner yelled at the male and ordered him out of the house.  The male fled outside to a vehicle and drove away.

Police Log-October 27, 2017

  1. Theft, October 7-23, 2017, 100 block Turnbridge Drive (LT) – Shane Aaron Trimble, M/30, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offense after he stole 169 Xanax pills from his grandmother. A criminal complaint was filed.
  2. Burglary / Criminal Trespass / Firearms Carried Without a License / Recklessly Endangering Another Person / Criminal Mischief / Harassment Arrest, 1:47 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2017, Mill Pond Drive (LT) – Dondre Lamar Cameron-Ponzo, M/19, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with the above offenses after he came to an address at this location and attacked a male by punching him. He also grabbed a female and pulled her hair. During the altercation, Cameron-Ponzo pulled out a firearm that he had concealed upon his person and was waving it in the air.  He also fired a shot from the gun.  The two above-mentioned victim’s fled into their home and Cameron-Ponzo gave chase while holding the gun.  While giving chase, Cameron-Ponzo broke the front door to the home causing $150.00 in damage.  Once inside, he continued to wave the gun around at the victims and was yelling.  He then fled the area in his vehicle.  A warrant was obtained for Cameron-Ponzo’s arrest and he remains a wanted person at this time.  Any person knowing Cameron-Ponzo’s whereabouts should call the Manheim Township Police at 717-569-6401 or use our anonymous tip line at 717-569-2816.
  3. Theft From Motor Vehicle, October 7-12, 2017 – Unknown person/s stole three (3) checks from a Manheim Township resident’s vehicle sometime between the dates listed above.  The location of the theft is also unknown.  Investigation continues.
  4. Retail Theft, 8:37 p.m., Tuesday, October 24, 2017, 1234 Millersville Pike – Fine Wine & Spirits (LT) – An unknown black male entered the store and stole $10.99 worth of vodka.  The male suspect is depicted below.  Any person knowing the identity of the male should call the Manheim Township Police at 717-569-6401 or use our anonymous tip line at 717-569-2816.
