SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit for week day rentals is $100.00 Security deposit for weekend rentals is $200.00 (This Deposit is a separate fee and is independent of the Rental Fee). Deposit will be returned provided our building attendant finds everything to be satisfactory at the end of your rental.
THERE IS A $35.00 FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS
