1) Criminal Mischief, 1000 Block Elwood Avenue (LT) – A windshield wiper was damaged on a vehicle parked overnight May 2-3, 2012, in the 1000 Blk of Elwood Ave. Loss $50.

2) Trespassing, 9:44 a.m. May 3, 2012, 905 South Queen Street (LT) – Three black males, ages 16-19, were observed on the roof of Penn Glass Co, 905 South Queen St, at 9:44 a.m. May 3, 2012. They fled prior to police arrival.

3) Criminal Mischief, 400 Block South School Lane (LT) – A window of a vehicle was smashed while it was parked in the 400 Block of South School Lane sometime overnight May 2-3, 2012. Loss $250.

4) Criminal Mischief, 4:00 a.m. May 3, 2012, 1400 Block Passey Lane (LT) – At 4:00 a.m. May 3, 2012, a male wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, ball cap, and a bandana was observed shooting the windows of three vehicles parked in the 1400 Blk of Passey Lane with a pellet gun. One of the victims chased the suspect but was unable to catch him. All three vehicles sustained damage. Loss is estimated at $1,500.

5) Theft from Vehicle, 500 Block Misty Lane (LT) – An Ipod and a duffle bag were taken from a vehicle parked overnight May 1-2, 2012, in the 500 Block of Misty Lane. Access was gained through a partially open window. Loss $180.
