Rental Fee Components

. Monday thru Thursday:

. Include time for set-up and clean-up when calculating the number of hours you will need the building.
. The rental fee includes the services of a building attendant who will open and close the building for the event. Keys to the building are not provided.
. There will be an extra fee of $15.00 for any additional trips to the facility by the township staff.
Basic Use Fee per hour (does not include alcohol fee* or security deposit**)
MINIMUM RENTAL: Three (3) hours
Include time for set-up and clean-up when calculating the number of hours you will need the building.

Security deposit is a separate fee independent of the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned within one month of the rental date provided the township building attendant finds everything to be satisfactory at the end of your rental.

Additional fees will be assessed for damage to the facility or failure to leave the facility in an acceptable and clean condition. Building attendant has authority to determine condition of building at the end of each rental.
CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY:
. If cancellation request is 21 days or more prior to the event: 50% refund of security deposit. If rental fee has been paid, full refund of rental fee.
. Fewer than 21 days prior to the event: No refund of security deposit or rental fee.
. If rental application is not accepted: 100% refund
. Cancellations due to severe weather conditions: 100% refund at Lancaster Township’s discretion

No reservation will be held without prior approval of this rental application.
Return all pages of this application with your security deposit.
Include proof of age (copy of driver’s license or ID).
Include time for set-up and clean-up when calculating the number of hours you will need the building.
All checks should be made payable to Lancaster Township. THERE IS A $35.00 FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
