Our woody waste facility will be open for extended hours as a result of the recent snow storm.
Residents can drop off residential waste between the hours of 8am and 6 pm, Monday through Thursday this week.
Also we received the following information from County Communications

Just as concerned resident of Elm Avenue, I was wondering how long the home owner at 1194 Elm will let the tree limbs and large branch that fell during the storm will be allowed to just lay on the street and curbs? It is blocking valuable parking. When the tree fell during the storm, it took the home owner over 2 hours to arrive at the property and try to remove. This needs cleaned up.
We’re working on it. We expected it to be moved over the weekend, and our public works staff will be out there to follow up this morning.
