A. Ordinance No. 2011-05
The board will act on an amendment to the Lancaster Township Zoning Ordinance by increasing the lot coverage for certain uses in the R-1 District, permitting increased lot coverage for certain uses by conditional use in the R-1 District, and adding specific criteria for increasing lot coverage by conditional use.

The board declares two emergencies:
1. August 27, 2011 because of Hurricane Irene damages
2. September 4—8, 2011 because of flood damages
C. Resolution No. 2011-07
The board will act to affirm the 2012 minimal municipal obligation to the Lancaster Township Pension Plan.
D. Resolution No. 2011-08
The board will act on a cable franchise agreement with COMCAST of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC.
