East Side Permit Parking Proposal
Dear East Side Residents,
Due to continued UGI work scheduled for spring, as well as recently submitted construction plans for Burrowes Elementary School, the Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors have suspended their deliberations regarding permit parking on the East Side of Lancaster Township. In the interim, the Supervisors will be working with Thaddeus Stevens on strategies to mitigate the impact of current parking challenges, as well as planning for 2024’s construction activities. Additionally, the Township has scheduled their February Supervisors meeting (February 12, 6:00 PM) at Thaddeus Stevens, and will dedicate a portion of the agenda to this topic. Public input at that meeting is encouraged.
