Due to the early success of the program this year, the Property Reinvestment Program is now closed for the 2024 calendar year. We are grateful to have been able to provide limited financial support for projects that improve the quality of life for our residents.
We anticipate the program will be available one again started in January of 2025.

Lancaster Township is creating a limited fund to help and encourage property owners to achieve a higher standard of safety and quality of life for themselves and their tenants. The program allows for Lancaster Township to provide 50% matching funds up to $2,500.00 per property for life safety, or quality of life upgrades such as heating and cooling, window replacement, electrical and plumbing upgrades, insulation, mold remediation, etc.
