Report an Illicit Discharge

As part of the management of our stormwater system, and to provide residents with a mechanism to report any observed discharges to the stormwater system that might be illicit, dangerous, or undesirable, we have installed the Citizen Reporting Illicit Discharge Form found below. 

Please alert us to any suspected source of non-stormwater observed being discharged into the ground, our physical piped system, or directly to any stream, river, or pond.  Your observations are vital to successfully managing our storm water systems. (Areas marked with an * are required.)
